1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WireTime desktop application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by WireTime ("WireTime," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
WireTime provides a desktop productivity suite including presence management, work/task management, an AI agent, and notes, designed to help teams plan, track, and manage work.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
- WireTime offers Starter (free), Growth (paid, per user/month), and Enterprise (custom) plans as described on our Pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and auto-renew unless cancelled.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
5. License Grant & Restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the WireTime desktop application for your internal business purposes.
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except where permitted by law
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties outside your organization without authorization
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
6. Customer & Employer Responsibilities (Presence/Monitoring Features)
If you deploy WireTime's presence or activity-tracking features for your employees or team members, you (the Customer/Employer) are solely responsible for:
- Complying with all applicable labor, privacy, and workplace-monitoring laws in your jurisdiction
- Providing any legally required notice or obtaining consent from employees before enabling monitoring
- Using collected data lawfully and not for discriminatory, retaliatory, or unlawful purposes
WireTime is a tool provider and is not responsible for how Customers configure or use monitoring features in violation of applicable law.
7. User Content & Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of all tasks, notes, files, and other content you create or upload to the Service ("Customer Content").
- You grant WireTime a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.
8. AI Agent Features
The AI Agent generates summaries, suggestions, and responses based on your organization's data and inputs. AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for important business decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by WireTime and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you except the limited license granted in Section 5.
10. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it except as necessary to perform under these Terms or as required by law.
11. Term & Termination
- These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or fail to pay applicable fees.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal requirements.
